Log into the FortiGate CLI and enter the following commands to confirm reliable logging is enabled for FortiAnalyzer:

config log fortianalyzer setting
show
end
Look for: set reliable enable. If it says disable, or the line is missing, reliable logging is not enabled.

Go to Log & Report > Log Settings.
Check the Send Logs to FortiAnalyzer/FortiManager option.
