D = policy route id 1 and protocol 17 UDP
A = we can see id 2131427329 is an SD-WAN rule with application categories (microsoft portal)
also C is wrong. we can't see if there are loadbalacing in proute list (only in diag sys sdwan service4)

A) is wrong:
