A and C are correct, and this is why (also tested in the lab):

A. Pool member(s) administratively disabled
✔ Correct. If all pool members are disabled, the VS cannot pass traffic and shows gray.

B. Pool member(s) forced offline
✘ Incorrect for gray status. Forced offline shows red diamond for members, and the VS usually reflects an unavailable state differently (not gray).

C. Node(s) administratively disabled
✔ Correct. Disabling a node cascades to its pool members being unavailable, leaving the VS gray circle.

D. Virtual Server administratively disabled
✘ Incorrect. If the VS itself were disabled, the icon would be black circle, not gray circle.
