This question does not have anything to do with an iRules but to identify what VS will be affected during the change. And to find this, you need to go to GUI and navigate to Local traffic and Network Map where you will be able to all VS and their related configurations. This is the most efficient way to do it.

The Network Map is the most effective tool for this task because it provides a visual representation of the relationships between BIG-IP objects. By selecting a specific iRule within the Network Map interface, an administrator can instantly see all Virtual Servers that are associated with it, as well as their related pools and pool members. This "single-pane" view is much more efficient for impact analysis across hundreds of virtual servers than manually checking individual virtual server configurations or iRule properties.

A. Local Traffic > Network Map
The Network Map provides a visual, consolidated view of the relationships between virtual servers, pools, iRules, and other objects. With 235 virtual servers, it's the most effective way to quickly identify which virtual servers have a specific iRule applied, rather than manually checking each virtual server individually under Local Traffic > Virtual Servers.
