based on Routing B C options are correct. Based on the selected order HUB1-VPN2 is second in the sla_map. Why answer would be C?

"HUB1-VPN1 is showing as the first record in the routing table" is irrelevant. we take into account sla target map, HUB1-VPN3 passed 2 target sla target, HUB1-VPN2 passed one of sla targets and HUB1-VPN1 none. But because HUB1-VPN3 doesn't have valid route to 10.1.0.0/24 the this member is skipped to next which is HUB1-VPN2. What u think guys ?

Guys i think below is a breakdown to what i see

According to SLA servers configured HUB1-VPN3 is the best because it passed 2 targets out of 3 Noting that HUB1-VPN2 only passed 1 target out of two,

But the reason that HUB1-VPN3 is not selected is because it does not have any valid route to 10.1.0.0/24, accordingly skipped and HUB1-VPN2 is selected
