B. BGP on loopback with dynamic BGP for ADVPN shortcut routing. As per FCSS - SD-WAN 7.4 Architect Study Guide page: 371 both A and B methods support FortiSASE integration. from that BGP on loopback has better chance due to scalability for 1000 spokes.
